eCapital Summit 2027 · Updated 12 October 2026
Card & Bank Transfer Policy
Card-detail safety and lawful international bank transfers, including enquiries from Pakistan and Iran.
Policy draft pending legal review and operational confirmation. No new bookings or payments are being accepted.
1. Current payment status
eCapital Summit 2027 is sold out, including VIP sessions. This website does not currently accept payments, collect card details or display bank account instructions. Do not send funds for a new ticket. This policy sets conditions for any authorised payment channel; it does not activate a payment service or promise country availability.
2. Protecting credit and debit card details
If card payments are offered through an authorised provider, enter card details only on the provider’s verified secure checkout. Never send full card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, PINs, passwords or one-time codes by email, messaging, telephone recordings or proof-of-payment attachments. Staff must not request these details through those channels.
The current website has no card-entry form and stores no card details collected through a checkout. A future provider, card-storage arrangements and security responsibilities must be disclosed and verified before activation. No payment provider, PCI compliance certification, card tokenisation or refund facility is claimed to be in place.
3. International bank transfers
Bank transfers may be considered for attendees in Pakistan and other countries where a lawful supported banking route exists. Availability depends on the sender, beneficiary, banks, currency, transaction purpose and applicable law, not nationality alone. Obtain written approval and an invoice from the organiser before any transfer.
The invoice must identify the legal beneficiary, account details, currency, amount, payment reference and any agreed treatment of bank or foreign-exchange charges. Verify instructions using an independently established contact channel, particularly if account details change. Do not rely solely on an unexpected email or message.
A payment is not a confirmed booking until cleared funds are received through an approved lawful route and the organiser confirms the booking. Proof of sending funds is not proof of receipt. The organiser must disclose any payment deadline and seat-reservation conditions before payment; no deadline or fee is invented here.
4. Iran and other restricted transactions
Transfers involving Iran or any other restricted person, bank, territory or transaction require a case-specific assessment of applicable sanctions, financial restrictions and bank policies. Availability is not guaranteed. The organiser must decline prohibited transactions and may proceed with a transaction requiring a licence only after obtaining all required authorisations and bank approval.
A transfer must not be routed through another country, intermediary, unrelated payer or alternative method to evade restrictions. Do not conceal the sender, beneficiary, origin of funds or purpose of payment. This policy neither imposes a blanket ban on all Iranian attendees nor represents transfers from Iran as generally permitted.
5. Verification and payment evidence
Banks or the organiser may request proportionate identity, payer, invoice or source-of-funds information where legally required or necessary for payment approval. Use a verified secure channel and redact irrelevant account balances or transactions from payment evidence where permitted. Never disclose banking login credentials.
An unsupported, unapproved or prohibited payment may be delayed, rejected, returned, frozen or reported as required by law. The outcome depends on legal obligations and bank decisions; no immediate return or refund can be promised for restricted funds.
6. Refunds, disputes and fraud
Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled, voluntarily refunded or transferred, subject to mandatory legal rights as explained in the Terms & Conditions. This restriction does not prevent reporting unauthorised payments, exercising lawful dispute rights or obtaining a remedy required by law.
For a suspected scam, contact your bank immediately and notify eCapital Global Ltd through a verified booking channel or at its registered office. Do not make a second payment to release funds or unlock a refund. Any lawful return of funds must follow applicable bank, sanctions and identity-verification requirements.
