eCapital Summit 2027 · Updated 12 October 2026
Terms & Conditions
Booking, attendance and ticket conditions for eCapital Summit 2027.
Policy draft pending legal review and operational confirmation. No new bookings or payments are being accepted.
1. Organiser and scope
eCapital Summit is organised by eCapital Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14113204 (England and Wales). Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 5PF.
These terms cover use of this website and summit bookings. Read them together with the Privacy Policy and Card & Bank Transfer Policy. Keep your booking confirmation and the version of the terms supplied at purchase. The summit is currently sold out, including VIP sessions; this website does not accept new bookings or collect payments.
2. Tickets, cancellation and transfer
Once purchased, tickets cannot be cancelled, are non-refundable for a change of mind, and cannot be transferred, resold or assigned to another attendee. This includes VIP tickets. A request to cancel does not create a right to a refund.
These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, remedies for misrepresentation or failure to provide contracted services, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The no-refund condition does not remove remedies that may apply if the organiser cancels the event or makes a material change.
3. Business intent and eligibility
Every attendee must show proof that they are starting a business, are about to start a business, or want to start a business. Provide truthful information. Purchasing a ticket does not waive this requirement.
The organiser must communicate acceptable proof, how to provide it, and the review process before purchase. No particular document type, trading history, revenue threshold or automatic rejection rule is specified on this website. Any consequence of unmet eligibility must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable consumer law.
4. Event details and inclusions
The summit is scheduled for 1–5 March 2027 at Grand Westside Hotel, Manila Bay, with advertised daily hours of 9:00 am–5:00 pm. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea are included as advertised. The VIP experience includes dinner with the three keynote speakers. Your booking confirmation governs the ticket package purchased.
Travel, visas, accommodation and travel insurance are not represented as included unless expressly stated in your booking confirmation. Attendees are responsible for meeting entry and travel requirements. Educational content is general information, not individual legal, tax, financial or investment advice; no business outcome is guaranteed.
5. Programme changes, postponement and cancellation
Speakers and the programme may change. Any material change, postponement or organiser cancellation must be communicated to affected ticket holders, together with available options and applicable remedies. Statutory rights take priority over the ticket restrictions above.
Events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Such events do not automatically extinguish consumer rights or justify retaining money where the law requires repayment. No blanket liability waiver applies to fraud, negligence causing death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Attendance and conduct
Follow lawful venue safety instructions and treat attendees, staff and speakers respectfully. Do not harass others, disrupt sessions, or misuse another attendee’s personal information. Permission is required to reproduce or commercially distribute speaker materials; attending does not transfer intellectual property rights.
7. Payments and international attendees
Use only payment instructions issued and independently verified with the organiser. Bank transfers are subject to availability, banking restrictions, identity checks and applicable sanctions. A transfer is not confirmation of a ticket; confirmation must come from the organiser after lawful cleared funds and the booking requirements have been met. No new payments should be sent while the event is sold out.
8. Questions and complaints
Address booking questions, privacy requests and complaints to eCapital Global Ltd at its registered office above, or reply to an existing verified booking confirmation. No unverified email address or telephone number is published here.
Mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to the transaction remain unaffected. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or governing law that would remove those protections.
